We offer a 30-day return policy on unused products in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@harmonyriverpath.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned goods.

Items that are damaged, personalised, or consumable (such as soil and fertiliser that have been opened) cannot be returned unless they are defective.
